I told Mr Miller My needs. Big back yard for JR my dog. That was most important. For myself the location was important. Places near by parks fields to take JR to walk off leach and exercise for me. I wish the yard was fenced but I can do that myself. When I looked at property it was exactly what I was looking for. Other than the time it took to close which I guess is normal. I'm completely satisfied with everything.
